You MUST opt-in to receive text messages from Highly Loyal Club to join the loyalty program. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at LIV Cannabis, Pure Lapeer, & Xplore Cannabis. You can then redeem these points for cash value off of products in-store, delivery, and/or curbside!

To enroll in the program click HERE(LIV) HERE(PURE) HERE(XPLORE) to sign up. Complete the form, sign, and then once you receive the automated text message asking to opt-in, simply reply “Y” or “YES” to consent to receiving text messages from Highly Loyal Club.

Note: Must join loyalty by giving phone number and email and opting-in to receive messages. Or simply scan our QR code in-store or at an event. You can also sign-up via the Highly Loyal Club app by navigating to the “Profile” tab and toggling on “texts”! Our Guest Advisors are also another option. When checking out, ask them to sign you up for the Highly Loyal Club loyalty program.

Once enrolled, you can visit shophod.com, navigate to “Loyalty”, click “Check My Wallet”. Then you will be asked to sign in to your wallet where you will be able to see your points balance.

You can also check your points via the Highly Loyal Club app where you will be asked to create a login and once created, you will be able to login and see your points balance! Please note: Points value shown is NOT equivalent to dollar amount. 100 points = $5.

Loyalty is applied at checkout when a customer is shopping in-store or using curbside services. Loyalty is being tracked in the POS system. When you are shopping in-store or curbside, ask your Guest Advisor how many points you have available and you can choose if you want to apply the amount to your total!

Please note: HLC loyalty points are not accrued on tax, therefore they cannot be redeemed to cover tax on any order.

Program Points expire and MPM reserves the right to deactivate any Member account that has been inactive for two (2) full calendar years. An inactive account is defined as one that has not made a purchase and/or earned any Points. If a Member account is deactivated and/or rendered inactive, all accumulated Points will become void. Further, if MPM terminates the program at any time, any unused Points in your account will expire and be void when the program is terminated.

Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you complete an order. If you are still missing points, it is likely that you have not opted-in to text message marketing.
